What if I want to place my order online for products I sold in advance?
If you contact Customer Service, they can answer questions and provide instructions on how to send in your members’ tallied 3-part order forms and order payment so we can get started custom packing your order to each seller’s exact order requirement.

Our organization wants to do a combination of ordering products and using an Online Store. Can we do both?
Yes, you can do multiple fundraising programs, all at the same time. We actually encourage all organizations to do this. When you combine fundraising programs, you maximize your earning potential!

Does our group have to buy products by the case?
When you order products in full cases, you earn the largest profit for your fundraiser. There is a 2 case minimum when buying from your account online.

How do I place my fundraising product orders?
For the Case and Order Taking programs you may order online, by phone, by mail or by fax. In our Online Store program, your supporters will be placing their orders directly on your personalized Terri Lynn Fundraising Online Store.

Is our Terri Lynn Fundraising Online Store only available for a limited time?
Your Online Store is open 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year, at no charge to you.

Can our members test out our Online Store before it goes live?
Yes, once we have your W-9 and open your Online Store, you may go in and test it before it goes live (or before you announce it to your community).

Do we set the prices and profit margins on our Online Store?
The prices are determined by the profit margin your organization chooses: either 20%, 30%, or 40%.

How are shipping costs explained to our supporters (the customers of our Online Store)?
The shipping costs are explained on the home page of your Online Store, when the customer begins to shop, as well as when they check out.

What methods of payment are accepted on the Online Store?
Credit card transactions only.

Can my group choose only specific Terri Lynn products to sell on our Online Store?
The whole catalog of delicious, premium nuts, snacks and confections is available to purchase on your Online Store. Groups cannot limit products at this time.

Are there any minimums or limits on how much supporters can order from a Online Store?
Online Stores have no minimum orders! Anyone can order one product or 100s of products.

When we develop our Online Store, are we online or on the phone with someone from Terri Lynn? Do we need to submit our logo in advance?
We’ve tried to make creating an account and opening an Online Store as easy as possible. You can do it online at any time, following the prompts on the Terri Lynn website forms, and/or using this guide to help you.

Can an Online Store order be placed by one person and shipped to someone else in another state?
Yes! A customer can place an order and have it shipped anywhere in the United States.
