Ingredients
- 1 ½ sticks Butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Large Egg
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 2 cups Old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 ¼ cups Flour
- ½ cup Dried cherries
- ½ cup Dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup Terri Lynn Dark Chocolate Cranberries
Directions
- Combine butter, vanilla, egg, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda in a medium bowl. Stir until no lumps remain.
- Fold in rolled oats, followed by the flour.
- Add dried cherries, chocolate chips, and Terri Lynn Dark Chocolate Cranberries.
- Scoop onto baking sheet (about 2 tablespoons-portion per cookie).
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°, until edges are pale gold but centers are soft and steamy.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes.
