Terri Lynn Recipes Easy Overnight Oats

Looking for a delicious, protein-packed start to your day? These easy Overnight Oats will make your morning. And our Light Walnut Halves and Pieces are the perfect topper.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1–2 Tbs. Chopped Terri Lynn Light Walnut Halves and Pieces
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
  • Granola (for topping, added before serving)

Directions

  • • In a mason jar or small bowl, combine the oats, milk, nuts, and any optional ingredients (honey, vanilla, or cinnamon).
  • • Stir everything together to ensure the oats are evenly soaked.
  • • Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • In the morning, give the oats a stir.
  • • Top with granola for crunch and additional nuts, if desired.
  • • Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30 seconds to warm slightly.
  • This recipe is SUPER customizable—feel free to add fruits, seeds, a dollop of yogurt. . . or any of our delectable Terri Lynn products. (We love to add our Nut and Fruit Mix or our Almond Cranberry Granola!)
