Ingredients
- BOTTOM LAYER
- 2 cups Frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup Gluten free flour
- ½ cup Swerve brown (zero-calorie sweetener)
- TOPPING
- 1 cup Quick oats
- ½ cup Terri Lynn Light Walnut Halves & Pieces, chopped
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ¼ cup Gluten free flour
- ¼ cup Coconut oil
- ¼ cup Swerve brown (zero-calorie sweetener)
Directions
- PREPARE THE BOTTOM LAYER
- Toss the frozen berries with gluten-free flour and Swerve brown sweetener.
- Spread evenly in the bottom of your baking dish(es).
- PREPARE THE TOPPING
- In a bowl, mix quick oats, walnuts, cranberries, gluten-free flour, coconut oil, and Swerve brown sweetener until combined.
- ASSEMBLE AND BAKE
- Spread the topping evenly over the berries.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- COOL & SERVE
- Let the crisp sit for 15 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy this warm, sweet treat that’s perfect for any festive gathering!
