Terri Lynn Recipes Pumpkin Spice Pecan Donuts
Our Terri Lynn Kitchen had fun creating this easy donut recipe using our newest seasonal product, Pumpkin Spice Pecans!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup Oil
- 8 oz Canned pumpkin
- 2 cups Flour
- FOR ICING/TOPPING
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 cup Terri Lynn Pumpkin Spice Pecans (chopped)
Directions
- Mix sugar and eggs well.
- Beat in baking powder, baking soda, salt, water, spice, oil & canned pumpkin.
- Slowly mix in flour.
- Fill wells of well-greased donut pan 3/4 of the way full, bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool completely.
- Top with icing, and sprinkle chopped Pumpkin Spice Pecans on top while icing is wet.
- Allow icing to set for 5-10 minutes (if you can resist).
