Terri Lynn Recipes Spicy Cashew Salad Dressing
A little sweet, a little spicy, and ready in a flash! Who says salad has to be boring? Featuring our fan favorite Honey Roasted Cashews.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Honey Roasted Cashews
- ¼ cup Cold water
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1-inch Piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 tbsp Distilled vinegar or rice vinegar
- Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro leaves
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Directions
- Add your Honey Roasted Cashews along with the rest of the ingredients except for the cilantro and red pepper flakes to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cilantro & red peppers and blend just until the cilantro is chopped up into small pieces but not fully pulverized.
- Toss onto your favorite salad and enjoy!
